Shelli Hoppe is an artist, a world traveler, a UX designer, and our Creative Director. Shelli manages the talented people who make up DJB Design, and she does it with a wicked sense of humor. Shelli is a Puerto Rican woman who was raised on the island of Okinawa, Japan. She attended BYU, where she earned her degree in English. Afterwards, she went on to be a NYC Teaching Fellow in special education, and won court cases with her outcomes. She attends Maryland Institute College of Art, where she studies UX design (MPS), business (MBA) and digital marketing.

Oz Sultan is a Blockchain, Big Data and Counterterrorism Strategist who has worked with the U.S. PeaceTech Lab, The Economist and other corporate and government clients over the past two decades. Oz is the founder Sultan Interactive Group (SIG), a boutique strategy, Enterprise Blockchain and Big Data organization—that specializes in multi-vertical Digital and Intrapreneurship across technology, luxury, automotive, finance and intercultural segments. Sultan Interactive's list of clients includes IBM, MetLife, Xbox and various startups and a number of ICO and Blockchain projects.
